Description:
This walking tour will include a visit to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center to view trees which are part of the 20,000 large shade trees planted and maintained in downtown Atlanta by Trees Atlanta, a non-profit citizens' group dedicated to protecting and improving the urban Atlanta environment by planting and conserving trees. Participants will also participate in a tree planting in a nearby urban park. |
